"YOUR ARE FIRED" not part of professional management

As a foremost trainer and a Fellow of the management fraternity, I possess the right to say that there is no such belief, principle or practice in Leadership or Management that subscribes to the idea of  “YOUR ARE FIRED”.  It does not work in the real world.

Frankly, I was quite shocked when I saw few episodes of the Realty TV Show using the style to train aspiring candidates for management positions.

In my life as a management trainer and having led management teams, I never believed, practiced or taught this silly and bullish thinking that can only cripple young or any aspiring manager from advancing in life.

The real challenge of professional management trainers lies in their ability to boost the talent, skills, knowledge leadership traits of failing managers to make them successful.

I strongly believe in the powerful and positive approach that I have practiced and will continue doing it for the benefit of all.
